Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 48+ hours before shoot: Partial refund possible
- Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund (due to blocked schedule & resources)
Rescheduling
- One-time rescheduling allowed (subject to availability)
- Last-minute rescheduling may incur additional charges
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The Velaar is unable to deliver the service
- Major service failure from our side
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after booking
- Delay caused by client (late product delivery, incomplete brief)
- Creative dissatisfaction (subjective preferences)
