Terms & Conditions – The Velaar

By booking services with The Velaar, you agree to the following terms:

Booking Confirmation

• A project is confirmed only after:
  • Advance payment (typically 30%–50%)
  • Final shoot brief approval

Scope of Work

• Deliverables include only what is agreed in the quotation:
  • Number of images/videos
  • Type of shoot (product, model, food, etc.)
  • Editing level

Any additional work will be charged separately.

Timelines

• Shoot and delivery timelines depend on project complexity.
• Standard delivery: 3–10 working days after shoot (unless specified).

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

• Finalized product(s) / samples
• Shoot references / mood board (if required)
• Clear communication on expectations

Creative Rights

The Velaar maintains full creative direction unless otherwise agreed.

Usage Rights

• Clients receive commercial usage rights for delivered content.
• Raw files are not included unless specifically requested and charged.
